More Paper Wrapped Pencils
These black and white paper covered pencils went to Christer. The paper is actually textured. I was really happy that the textured paper actually adhered to the pencils.
I made paper wrapped pencils as stocking stuffers. They were such a big hit, I had to make more. Some sets were gifted before I got photos, but here are a few that I managed to get photos of.
Note to self: Always take photos before giving art away.
These pencils were wrapped in a very light, almost tissue weight, paper. I love the red, orange and gold combination.
These paper covered pencils are going to a friend who always dresses in purple. You know who you are. I actually have two friends who qualify, but fear not, I have another set in a different purple motif.
These pencils are wrapped in a peacock feather paper. They go to a friend who loves green. Unfortunately I didn’t have any sea turtle paper, so the peacock feather paper will just have to do.
I managed to borrow these pencils back for a photo. Paul got these pencils that are wrapped in a Japanese paper. Paul likes most anything that’s blue.
I love that I was able to use scraps of inch wide paper to make these paper covered pencils. It makes them eco-friendly, especially since the pencils say they are eco-friendly too.
